Terms and Conditions - Kissed by Lovable Surfbetty Surfboard Competion

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this competition is deemed to be an acknowledgement and agreement of these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families, and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. Enter by purchasing a "Surfbetty" lingerie set from Kissed by Lovable in a single transaction from any participating stockist. For information on participating stockists, call 133 429 468. Entrants are then required to complete the entry form provided and place it in the entry box at your stockist store. All entrants must attach the original receipt for proof of purchase to the entry form to be eligible to enter.
4. Incomplete or illegible entries will be deemed invalid and will be discarded. The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. Completed original entry forms only will be accepted. Incomplete entries, photocopied or faxed entry forms will not be accepted.
5. Promotion commences 19th November 2007 and closes 5pm EST on 31 December 2007. The prize will be drawn at 12 noon 18 January 2008 at Lovable, a division of Gazal Apparel pty Ltd, of 3-7 McPherson Street, Banksmeadow NSW 2019 Australia. The first valid entry form drawn will win the prize. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The prize must be claimed by 18 April 2008. If the prize is unclaimed by 18 April 2008, a redraw will occur on 21 April 2008 at the same time and place as the first draw.
7. The prize is a 7'6" Surfbetty Surfboard valued at $599 (AUD).
8. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The promoter is not responsible or liable for any change in the value of the prize occurring between the date of publishing and the date the prize is claimed.
9. The winner will be notified in writing and hteir name published in The Australian ndewspaper on 23 January 2008 and also on www.lovable.com.au
10. All entries become the property of hte promoter. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this compeittion are govenered by the national privacy principles. For our privacy policy, go to www.lovable.com.au and click on "privacy policy".
11. The promoter may use an entrant's personal information, such as name, address and other information for marketing and consumer research purposes.
12. The promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (included but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any of hte prizes except for liability which can not be excluded by law.
13. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions of any relevant authorities.
14. The entrant's consent that the promoter may use the entrant's name, likeness image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (and including photograph, film and any recordings) in any media for an unlimited period of time without renumeration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome) and promoting any products manufactures, distributed or supplied by the promoter.
15. The promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide identity and residency proof. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter.
16. The laws of NSW govern this competition.
